1. Description of Services

MarkdownEbook provides a Markdown conversion service that lets users upload content and receive formatted ebooks or PDFs. Users may download generated exports.

2. Free Trial Credits

Upon first creating an account, MarkdownEbook grants you a limited number of free credits to test our service. These free credits are provided solely for evaluation purposes. Once free credits are exhausted, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Free credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refund and are not transferable.

3. Subscription, Billing & Auto-Renewal

We offer a subscription model billed either monthly or annually, giving you unlimited conversions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period. If you wish to terminate your subscription, you must cancel your plan no later than the end of the then-current billing period. If a payment fails, access to the service is automatically suspended until payment is resolved.

4. Limitation of Liability

MarkdownEbook is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use.

5. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for content created via our service. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and respect third-party rights.

6. Restrictions & Ownership

• Do not reverse-engineer or replicate our service.
• MarkdownEbook may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.
• All intellectual property in our service belongs to MarkdownEbook or its licensors.
